To ensure that food prepared and served from the home kitchen is safe for consumption by all citizens receiving home care services and the citizens in the community
Food Safety Classes
90 minute classes, $59 which includes my book, Food Safety and Foodborne illness prevention from the Home Kitchen. This class is a good starting point if you desire to embark on a career in the culinary field and/or obtaining your food certification.
The goal is to make this book mandatory reading for anyone that is a home health aide or a Caregiver.
